Blue Wave Home & Living is an artist-led company founded by the husband-and-wife creative team of Fiore and Cory G., who first united their talents producing luxury photography on celebrity sets. After 15 years of working side by side on high-profile productions, they fell in love with the art of the home and decided to view the real estate and design markets through a cinematic lens.
Cory brings a powerful blend of technical mastery and elite sales acumen to the company, drawing from over a decade leading a top engineering firm alongside 25 years as a digital artist for interior light displays. His background in international marketing and high-stakes negotiation gives him a rare capability for recognizing true asset value, allowing him to expertly optimize sale prices and maximize profit margins for clients.
In partnership, Fiore’s 23 years of experience as a Director of Photography and Fashion Director in Miami and Los Angeles lends an unmatched eye to the design experience. Holding a formal design degree and drawing inspiration from her countless stays at luxury hotels while on global assignments, Fiore doesn't just offer interior design—she creative-directs it. Together, Cory and Fiore deeply understand how light, color balance, and spatial flow translate into high-value offers, providing a 360-degree vision for every project.
Leading the brand's reach is Vice President Robert E., an accomplished senior executive and trusted multi-venture partner who first met Fiore 23 years ago. Robert's impressive portfolio includes executing major marketing campaigns, corporate accounts, and visual brand layouts for iconic names such as Macy's, the Greg Norman Collection, Brookstone, Ashley Furniture, and Lindt Chocolate.
For the ultimate Blue Wave experience, Cory G. directs the asset acquisitions and oversees the daily operations of client retention. His firm, Blue Wave Residential Services, handles all in-home services, surface repairs, and transaction mechanics for Blue Wave projects. In tandem, Fiore is the visionary behind the Blue Wave Home & Living aesthetic, leading the flagship design house, interior design, product lines, marketing agency, and editorial magazine. Her team specializes exclusively in high-end aesthetic curation, interior design execution, and brand media. Completing the leadership team, Robert E. spearheads brand outreach, bringing executive insight to the corporate accounts, real estate professionals, and property managers the firm interfaces with.
