This property was in Palm Coast, FL was in desperate need of a rescue. After an incomplete prior remodel left the owners with electrical hazards, severe HVAC issues, and ongoing property neglect, we stepped in to turn things around.

Our team tackled a comprehensive list of critical repairs—from fixing window leaks, inoperable electric and lighting fixtures, and floorboard failures to resolving peeling paint and missing sealant. Once we completely rectified every issue, the house hit the market and sold in record time! 

Before the final sale, the property was leased to two corporate executives on an extended retreat. Part of our signature service was to transform a standard, uninspired furnished rental into an inviting, high-end environment worthy of an engineer and their family. The home was furnished with uncomfortable, basic fixtures, stained linens, worn carpeting, inadequate lighting and missing window coverings for privacy on a public golf course.

We carefully relocated the damaged furniture to the garage and completely reimagined the interior. We delivered a beautiful, functional space they could truly call home for a year while they worked on location in the Palm Coast area and searched for a permanent property. They loved the transformation so much that when their new home was complete, they moved the beautiful decor right along with them!
