This 1,076-square-foot Sarasota, FL home—featuring a newly added patio—belongs to a resilient homeowner who spent nearly a decade as the sole caretaker for her severely ill husband. Amidst that devastating battle, she lost the capacity to maintain her property and faced losing everything she owned. Every inch of this home needed love to reflect the beauty of this homeowner. We stepped in to restore her home, offering a peaceful fresh start in the place where she holds her most cherished memories.

After successfully completing the exterior and grounds, we are now moving indoors for final repairs and interior design. We are documenting the entire transformation through video and photography, with final completion scheduled for 2027.
